Sony has just completed a Livestream this Friday. The stream gives a first look at the PS5 and some exclusive games available for the console.
No one had any idea what the PS5 may have looked like before the live streaming event this Friday. Making the first Arrival of the PS5 console an extremely interesting moment to quite a few fans of the Playstation series.
Sony, of course, far exceeded the expectation of its fanbase with a new sleek and futuristic design. A design that managed to impress a lot of people.
The new PS5 has a black core, surrounded by either side with a white protective covering. This design had high approval ratings among the fans and even managed to start a flurry of hilarious memes. Some individuals even started drawing the resemblance of the console to a wifi-router.
Additionally, there will also be two types of consoles available. A smaller more compact version, which will be fully digital and will have no disk drive, and a larger more bulky version included with the drive.
However, the first look at the PS5 console took place at the very end of the Livestream. Much of the Livestream was a means to show how different games ran with the console.
Obviously, with showcases like these, it’s a given that Sony was going to pull out a bunch of fan favorites to show how their console ran.
There were several games shown being used with the console. These included prominent titles like Gran Turismo 7, GTA V, and even Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart.
But, perhaps the game that had the most impact was Spider-Man: Miles Morales. Now the Spider-Man series on the PS has always been a great hit and last years’ Spider-Man for the PS4 was no exception.
So this time, Sony has outdone themselves by Indtrocuing a sequel to the fan-favorite game in the form of Spider-Man: Miles Morales.
This also served as a great way to show how the new hardware. The Console loaded large clusters of the New Spider-Man cityscape with ease. Showing that the PS5 is more than capable of handling large streams of data.
Although a new look at the PS5 has been much awaited by avid followers for a long time, Sony did not disappoint with this new reveal. And as things are going, the media company doesn’t intend to stop anytime soon.
According to the company, these minor releases and live streams are expected to carry on till 2021, when the actual console releases. Whatever the case may be, we’re sure Sony has much much more to offer when it comes to the new PS5.
